A Four-Pillar Approach to Internationalisation

inXso provides a comprehensive framework to guide your venture through the complexities of global expansion, from strategy and execution to regulatory compliance and product design.

1. Formulating a Data-Driven Internationalisation Strategy

Before expanding, a company needs a robust strategy. inXso provides the foundational analysis required to make informed decisions about which markets to enter and how. This includes optimising Go-to-Market (GTM) and commercialisation strategies by analysing distribution channels and costs, and assessing complex healthcare markets like Asia, the US, and the UAE to tailor strategies for the highest potential.

Funding:

Covered by the "Business acceleration" package, with co-funding up to €30,000.

2. Executing Practical Market Entry

A strategy is only as good as its execution. inXso provides hands-on support to turn plans into tangible business opportunities by organising business missions, facilitating matchmaking with key international stakeholders, and assisting in the negotiation of strategic partnership agreements—the most effective vehicle for a startup to gain a foothold in a new country. Our deep expertise in East Asian markets is a concrete example of our capacity to open doors in lucrative but challenging regions.

Funding:

Eligible for the "Business acceleration" package, with co-funding up to €30,000.

3. Navigating Local Regulatory and Reimbursement Hurdles

International success in healthcare hinges on clearing regulatory approval and securing payment pathways. inXso conducts regulatory gap analyses for target markets (e.g., EU MDR, US FDA) to avoid costly delays and develops feasible reimbursement strategies based on local legislation. This ensures providers are incentivised to adopt the new technology, securing vital revenue streams.

Funding:

Can be covered by "Business acceleration" or "Access funds" packages, each up to €30,000.

4. Designing a Global-Ready Product

inXso's support begins early, embedding international considerations into the product itself. Through guidance on cross-cultural and cross-national design, we help innovators create products that are safe, effective, and accepted by diverse user groups. This proactive approach significantly increases a product's global market potential from the outset.

Funding:

Aligns with the "Research package," offering the highest co-funding ceiling of up to €60,000.

Navigating the TRL Gauntlet

inXso's services are mapped to your Technology Readiness Level (TRL), providing the right support at the right time—from experimental proof of concept to a market-proven system.

TRL 3-4: Early Stage

Foundational Strategy

Focus on de-risking development by embedding commercial and regulatory thinking early. Build a solid business case and align technology with a viable product vision.

TRL 5-6: Mid-Stage

Validation & Venture Building

Conduct regulatory gap analysis, establish a Quality Management System (QMS), and formulate a detailed reimbursement strategy to guide clinical validation.

TRL 7-9: Late Stage

Commercial Execution

Execute the GTM strategy, secure international partnerships, and prepare for Series A+ fundraising with expert support in investor readiness and due diligence.
